I ordered the wrong size. What should I do?
We understand that sizes issues sometimes happen. Please contact us at CustomerService@CarlWesley.com with the order number so we can figure out how to best resolve the issue.
Most sizing issues can be avoided by checking the Sizing page. Please note that the Carl Wesley letter size may not be equivalent to the letter size in another brand you wear.
I received a defective item. What should I do?
Please contact us at CustomerService@CarlWesley.com with the order number and we can send you a new item. We apologize for the mistake - we make make accidents sometimes.
My package is lost. What should I do?
Please contact us at CustomerService@CarlWesley.com with the order number and we will submit an inquiry to the carrier. Most of the time the shipment is not actually lost and this will resolve the issue so it will arrive in a few days.
Domestic Orders: If your order has not arrived within 20 days of the initial shipping date, please contact us at CustomerService@CarlWesley.com and we can re-send the order or offer a full refund. (We are required to wait a full 20 days before we can claim insurance on a lost domestic package, hence the waiting period.)
International Orders: If your order has not arrived within 40 days of the initial shipping date, please contact us at CustomerService@CarlWesley.com and we can re-send the order or offer a full refund. (We are required to wait a full 40 days before we can claim insurance on a lost international package, hence the waiting period.)
How long does it take to fulfill my order?
Most items are kept in stock and will ship within a few days. We usually pull and ship orders two times per week.
Some styles are only cut and sewn on demand, please allow about 1-2 weeks for those items to ship. If the item is made-on-demand it is noted on the product page.
Occasionally, we sell out of certain styles and have to produce more when you place your order - please allow us 2 weeks to fulfill your order before you contact us to check on it. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information when the package ships.

I ship all orders in 100% sustainable and recycled packaging from Eco Enclose. Please do your part and either reuse or recycle the packaging.
Shipping to USA:
Orders to U.S. addresses ship for a flat rate of $6 via the United States Postal Service First Class package service. Orders over $95 will ship free. Packages usually arrive in 3 - 5 days.
I also offer UPS Ground Service for a flat rate of $12 for U.S. orders. Orders are usually delivered in 1 - 5 days. (Typically, UPS is a much more reliable carrier than USPS so you may want to choose this option if you have trouble getting packages at your address.)
I ship to most addresses worldwide and I charge a flat rate of $25 for international orders. I use the First Class International package service from the United States Postal Service. International orders are usually delivered in about 7 - 21 days.
Due to the intimate nature of the product I cannot accept returns on underwear. However, if you receive a damaged product or product of inferior quality please contact me at CustomerService@CarlWesley.com so that I can either remake the item or refund your money. For sizing issues the item will be re-made in the correct size but you will have to pay shipping on the new item. Please do not hesitate to contact at CustomerService@CarlWesley.com if there are ever any problems with your order.
Any Other Items:
We are happy to offer a full refund for any non-underwear items once they have been returned to us. You are responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Please contact us at CustomerService@CarlWesley.com with the order number to notify us of the return. You may ship the items to:
