How long does it take to produce my order?
Most orders are cut and sewn in 1 week. However, since order volume fluctuates please allow up to 2 weeks lead time for your order to ship. Your items are cut and sewn special just for you! It's worth the wait, I promise!
In stock items will ship in 1-2 business days.

I ship all orders in 100% sustainable and recycled packaging from Eco Enclose. Please do your part and either reuse or recycle the packaging.
Shipping to USA:
Orders to U.S. addresses ship for a flat rate of $6 via the United States Postal Service First Class package service. Orders over $95 will ship free. Packages usually arrive in 3 - 5 days.
I also offer UPS Ground Service for a flat rate of $12 for U.S. orders. Orders are usually delivered in 1 - 5 days. (Typically, UPS is a much more reliable carrier than USPS so you may want to choose this option if you have trouble getting packages at your address.)
All domestic orders are fully insured.
I ship to most addresses worldwide and I charge a flat rate of $25 for international orders. I use the First Class International package service from the United States Postal Service. All international orders are fully insured and delivered in about 7 - 21 days.
Due to the intimate nature of the product I cannot accept returns on underwear. However, if you receive a damaged product or product of inferior quality please contact me at Wes@CarlWesley.com so that I can either remake the item or refund your money. For sizing issues the item will be remade in the correct size but you will have to pay shipping on the new item. Please do not hesitate to contact at Wes@CarlWesley.com if there are ever any problems with your order.
