Q: What is your best advice for staying in great shape?

@itsdarikrobles "I believe finding the motivation to get up and stay active is key to stay in shape. I don't believe in strict diets, some people say healthy foods taste unpleasant but it doesn't have to be that way. I try to have meals that are healthy but I also enjoy having some good tacos or pizza (don't forget about a glass of wine or beer too) here and there at the end of the day. That's why I workout  so that I can enjoy and not deprive myself from the food I love. My advice would be to work out at least 3 - 4 days a week for about an hour and with some healthy foods on the menu you're body will thank you. Fitness is not a destination, but a journey, so make sure you enjoy the ride."
